Handmade Items Vary:
All items are handmade so colours, shapes, fonts, surface texture and size will vary from those shown and from batch to batch. Jo takes every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, however Jo reserves the right to alter designs without consultation where she deems such alterations an improvement in form or function. Colours, shapes, fonts, surface texture and size for boxed sets may vary in sequence to those shown. Wording, however will stay the same.
Postage:
Jo will normally send items within seven days of purchase, except in the case of personalised or bespoke items, which will take up to two-three weeks. Cost of standard first class postage is automatically added to your bill. If you need Special Delivery (Express Delivery) please contact Jo.
Postage Outside The UK
If you are a customer living outside the UK you can either email your order to Jo or order as normal and Jo will then send a PayPal invoice for the additional postage. Once payment is completed your order will be sent out as normal.
On-screen Colour Reproduction:
While Jo endeavors to accurately reproduce colours in her web images, they may vary from those of her products, as screens and software vary in their depiction of on-screen colour.
Refunds and Returns:
Jo hopes you will love your porcelain goodies, but offers a full refund for items returned within 14 days from date of purchase, for whatever reason, provided they are returned in accordance with any instructions and in perfect condition, complete with any packaging. Please also include any reasons or comments as Jo takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and will always listen to your suggestions.
Jo can only refund or replace items that arrive to her intact, barring any faults, so please send goods by recorded or Special Delivery and obtain a receipt for postage. Until the returns are received by Jo they are the responsibility of the customer. Jo cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned to her.
Postage Returns:
Unfortunately Jo is unable to refund the return postage except in the case of faulty goods, nor the cost of original post and packaging for unwanted items. Jo does however offer free post and packaging for all exchange items.
If goods are faulty or incorrect Jo will refund the delivery costs as well as the cost of your purchase and your return postage.
