How to Buy

We are currently having some issues with our PayPal buttons – if you have any problems completing your order, please email Jo or phone on 07930 492 746 and she’ll sort it out for you.

For anyone wanting to pay directly with US dollars, Jo has opened a shop on Etsy. Please go to www.joheckett.etsy.com to buy a selection of her best sellers.

Jo’s website allows you to choose the easiest way to shop.

You can buy your porcelain goodies directly through Jo’s product pages, simply by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ buttons. All payments are processed by PayPal, so Jo does not store any of your personal information. You don’t need to have an account with PayPal, just a credit or debit card.

If you prefer, you can pay by cheque. In this case, simply email your order to Jo and she will organise an invoice for you.

Alternatively, you can call Jo and place your order over the phone (07930 492 746).

If you are a customer living outside the UK you can either email your order to Jo, or order as normal and Jo will then send a PayPal invoice for the additional postage. Once payment is completed your order will be sent out.

Email Jo if you have any special requests about your order.

Some products are special order only, so if you don’t see an ‘add to basket’ button at the bottom of the page you’ll need to contact Jo to order.

For ‘Choose Your Own Letter Magnet Message’ orders of more than 10 letters, please email Jo with your order and she will send you a PayPal payment request, or add the first 10 letters to your basket and then click on ‘continue shopping’ to add the rest.
