Shipping.

As standard, sales allow for collection from the studio. Shipping will be calculated based on delivery. On occasion Jo will cover shipping if agreed, and otherwise it will be by agreement between Jo and the buyer.

Any customs or duties incurred during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the recipient / purchaser.

Jo will endeavour to ship any purchases with seven days, although there may be occasions when it takes longer. Jo will communicate throughout to keep the buyer informed and wherever possible will accommodate any requests for expediency.

Items will be properly packed and sent by established shipping channels.

Returns are accepted on occasion by arrangement. This excludes commissioned work which is non-returnable. In the case of returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs with full original packaging, and the artwork must be received in perfect order. Any damages to artwork will result in the result of refund being withdrawn.
